In 2015, Eduardo Ramirez and Joaquin Alvarado realized a lifelong dream to own a creative and rewarding catering business in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Both foodies at heart, Eduardo and Joaquin combined their passion and decades of experience in design, project management, retail and hospitality industries to launch Casa Nova Custom Catering to provide a catering service like no other.
Since then, Casa Nova Custom Catering has quickly grown and developed a following of repeat clients for private and public events, movie sets and photo shoots, with custom food and drink menus ranging from Latin to vegan and everything in between. Their clients have rated service – from the owners to their professional service and bartending staff – as “excellent” and “perfect”.
Eduardo and Joaquin are involved in your event from start to finish, meeting clients in person at home or at our beautiful showroom and kitchen to discuss their dreams and wishes, then leading the chefs and service teams the day of your event with perfection and class.
Masters at project management, they skillfully orchestrate food and drink, clients and guests, chefs, bakers, planners, florists, rental companies and venues. Eduardo and Joaquin bring a unique and fresh perspective to developing menus and atmosphere for their clients on a one-on-one custom basis.
