With this preview you’ll taste the various menu items, see how dishes will be plated, and together we’ll finesse the menu to your total satisfaction.
Not only will you then know what to expect with the food and its presentation, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet our team and mix on a personal level to get to know us.
Tasting notes are diligently recorded on the Event Proposal to guide the chef in creating a perfectly crafted meal on event day.
In the event we go to contract, the $150.00 fee is credited back to the client.
